Plenty ‘Pafic’ Elements epitomize the pinnacle of high-density, woven polypropylene fiber technology. Originally conceived as a gas element to fulfill British Gas transmission and distribution specifications, this product has seen continuous enhancements in both its material technology and manufacturing techniques.
The Elements are produced from resin-impregnated fiberglass wool with a controlled and uniform density. The type and content of the resin are closely monitored, as well as the layers of wrap and the degree of compression. Furthermore, autoclave temperatures and the heating and cooling cycles are strictly regulated, resulting in a consistent structure that meets the necessary process performance standards.
Manufactured in a range of sizes to fit within 316ss inner and outer support housings, these elements provide support and maintain mechanical strength in both normal and reverse flow directions. Type STD-1340 elements are primarily developed for gas transmission and distribution applications, fully complying with the original BGES-E13 specification.
Features:
- Particle removal performance of 99.9% of solid particles down to 1µm from the gas stream
- Various sizes available
- Designed to fit within 316ss inner and outer support housings
- Construction allows support and maintains mechanical strength in both normal flow and reverse flow direction
