ADEPT Filter Elements

Plenty ‘Adept’ Elements represent state-of-the-art in high-density, woven, polypropylene fibre technology.
Since its initial inception, as a gas element developed to meet British Gas transmission and distribution requirements, this product that has undergone continual improvement in both the material technology and manufacturing processes.

These elements have been developed by Plenty specifically for gas applications and are designed to remove solid particles from the gas stream.

Features:

• Particle removal performance of 99.9% of solid particles down to 2µm from the gas stream
• Removal efficiencies established by test at the British Gas testing facility at Loughborough, Performance basis defined using Natural Gas at high pressure
• Manufactured from a matrix of very fine polypropylene fibres into ‘tubes’ of a controlled and uniform density
• High quantity of voids within the fibre giving excellent solids performance
• Various sizes available
• Designed to fit within 316ss inner and outer support housings
• Construction allows support and maintains mechanical strength in both normal flow and reverse flow direction
